***It's never been more important to sign up to my newsletter. On 18th July 2023 my personal facebook was hacked. As a result, I no longer have access to my Alison Turner Mosaics facebook page so I can no longer post on there or even get in to tell my 21,000 followers what has happened.

I have spent countless hours trying to resolve this but customer service at meta is zero. You cannot speak to a human, and AI (or BOTS) are making decisions based on keywords. It's quite frankly dispicable to encourage artists and creative businesses to build up a loyal and trusted following (over 10 years) and to just allow your page to suddenly be cut off from your customers with no means to get it back.

To say it has been upsetting is an understatement. I still have instagram, but the majority of my followers aren't on that platform. This year on September 1st is my 10 year business anniversary for which I was going to do a few posts comparing earlier work and running giveaways etc. I'm still trying to get access and will update you if I do***
