Wild In Art Sculptures
I have created 5 Wild In Art Mosaic Sculptures since 2018. The first was an 8ft tall giraffe for Worcester Stands Tall followed by Sebastian the 6ft 4" Hare, then two Whale Tails and the Globe for The World Reimagined. I have a passion for sculptural mosaics and want to create many more. Contact me if you have a commission idea you want me to bring to life. Worcester Stands Tall
30 Artists were selected to decorate a blank 8ft giraffe sculpture to be auctioned at the end of the public art trail for St Richards Hospice. Mine was titled 'Girafficorn' and had a rainbow body, floral mane with a gold unicorn horn, wings and a teacup tail. Collectively they made £210,400 at auction. Mine was the only mosaic one, all the others were painted and it went under the hammer for £15k.

Sebastian The Hare
This was a private commision of a highly personalised nature. My client provided boxes of costume jewellery to use in the making of this piece from her private collection, and the family hand painted sea glass and stones with imagery and words that were meaningful to them. The swirls on his magnificent coat feature these personalised items which I incorporated with my own tile, glass, china, beads and brass casings. The fur was entirely handclipped glass that I tumbled smooth. The project took 6 months to complete.

Whale Tail 1
Made entirely of stained glass and mirror, this piece was created as a central focal point for an ornate pond.

Whale Tail 2 - Human Nature
Completed using mainly stained glass, mirror, beads and spent casings. Featuring human face with bird winged hair, a cat face with floral wing, bugs and flora.
The World Reimagined Globe
